There are two problems here:
1. Comsuption account cannot be determined: The account is missing, doble-click and take a look what account is missin;
2. Costing items for material..: Problems with routing and/or BOM
NOrmally, with a duble-click SAP will show to you the answer to fix the problem.
Please, if is possible, send to me the screen after the doble-click
