1) Add the image from a local drive to a report
2) Right-click this image and select 'Add to repository'
3) Logon to the repository and select a folder for the image
4) Open the next report > logon to the repository if it isn't logged onto already > Browse to the folder where the image is saved in the repository via the 'Repository Explorer > Drag and drop the image on the report.
