You should write PCR something like this below:

Time type 9XXX will be a daily time type  (Refer this document for your reference Time Types - The DNA of Time PCRs).

This PCR should be included as below:

RTIP  Z123 GEN in the schema after function TIMTP.

Another PCR should be written as below:

      HRS=S

      HRS-D9XXX

      HRS?0

      >

      ADDDB9002

      *

Include this PCR after Z123 in the schema as below:

ACTIO Z234     

Paid Holiday count

Create a monthly time type 9029. (Refer this document for your reference Time Types - The DNA of Time PCRs )

      VARSTHOLCL

                     1

                       VARSTDAYTY

                                       1

                                         HRS=1

                                         ADDDB9029

                                       *

                     *

Include this PCR in time schema after function P2011 as shown below:

ACTIO Z345

You can query this time type as period balance in TCode PT_BAL00.
