MALG Table Column defintion

Good day everyone,

can someone let me know where to get Information on the Definition of columns in the MALG table.

I very interested on how the Column TISTP is defined.

I am interested to know if this column only gives information as to when a Layout module was assigned to a Material or it gives us also information of any changes in the table.
